Step-by-step instructions to get started with WaCloudBot and send your first WhatsApp message using the Cloud API.
Follow this quickstart guide to connect your WhatsApp Business account and verify your connection in under 5 minutes.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have an active Meta Business Manager account with administrative access, and a clean phone number not currently registered on personal WhatsApp.
Create your WaCloudBot account
Sign in to your WaCloudBot Dashboard and start your 30-day free trial.
Connect Meta Cloud API
Navigate to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp and click Connect Official API. Log in with your Facebook credentials and grant the requested WhatsApp Business permissions.
Select your WhatsApp Business Phone Number
Choose an existing verified WhatsApp Business phone number or register a new one directly through the embedded Meta signup dialogue.
Meta will send a 6-digit SMS or voice verification code to complete the phone number registration.
Send a Test Message
Once connected, verify your setup by triggering an initial test template message to your personal mobile number.
